Thank you for your interest in helping to make the Walnut Creek International Short Film Festival a success!
Each festival volunteer may be assigned to work at the ticket counter, assist in setting up for the festival and help manage the flow of the screenings, along with other tasks. We are also looking for social media and photography enthusiasts to help record the weekend, so please let us know if that is up your alley.
Festival volunteers that complete two four-hour shifts, will also receive an All Access Pass which will get them into every screening (plus a festival t-shirt), so this is a great opportunity to catch some truly amazing films and help spread the world of cinema to the Contra Costa community.
As our primary link to the Walnut Creek audiences, a positive attitude is a must, along with a love of movies, popcorn and the ability to have a good time. You must be 18 or older and be available for at least two four-hour shifts over the weekend, plus a pre-festival one hour volunteer orientation at the theater. Of course, if you are available for more, we would love your help so please sign up.
Fill out the information below and we will be contacting you soon with more information, we hope to see you at the fest!
